We are in Helsinki and as in most hotel gyms, the selection of equipment is limited !
We managed to put together a good full body routine!
You only need a few dumbbells and a medicine ball.
Giant set nr 1 (no break in between) x 4
10 reps (on each hand) dumbbell snatches
10 reps squat jumps
10 reps front squat
10 reps lunges with medicine ball twist (alternating legs)
Take a break. Do three more rounds.
Giant set nr 2 (no break in between) x 4
10 reps shoulder press with dumbbell
8 reps forward bent shoulder raise with medicine ball
10 reps (on each hand) dumbbell kick back
8 reps pike push ups
Take a break. Do three more rounds.
